My hours are flexible and I can discuss timelines for your specific project to suit your needs. Each project package will be tailored to suit your individual requirements. All briefs must be agreed prior to work starting to ensure all information required is gathered and a specification can be agreed by both you the client and myself. Bee Professional Services save you money because I have my own office, use my own equipment, and pay my own tax. I don’t require holiday pay or pension contributions. I do take a genuine interest in helping you grow your business. I save you time because you will spend less time doing administrative work and more time growing your business, being with your family, or just relaxing.


My Name is Lyndsey and I am the Owner of Bee Professional Services. I started my company in 2017 to enable me to work around my children and have been working remotely since then. I have over 10 years admin experience in various fields including industrial, hospitality, childcare, mobile communications and technology. I have level 3 CIPD qualification in HR and Associate Membership. I provide administrative support and specialised services to businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, sales professionals, and busy professionals. I am a highly skilled professional working as a self-employed Freelancer, using leading edge technology to complete work assignments via the Internet, email, or hard copy.


I ask for 50% of the cost to be provided before I begin and the remaining 50% upon completion of works on ad-hoc projects. I charge £20 per hour. Discounts are available: 5 hours at £95.00 which is a 5% discount or 10 hours at £180 which is a 10% discount.


Once we agree on a number of hours and time frame I’ll send you out a letter of agreement and contract/terms and conditions. You can then confirm via email that you want the work to go ahead and provide me with any extra information, such as social media login details. When the work is complete I’ll send you an invoice, which is due upon receipt.
